food pantry

None of us are immune from life’s hard times. Many of us know first hand how it feels to struggle daily to make ends meet. We have felt the grace that comes from an outstretched hand and the joy of returning the favor when God blesses us with abundance. Providing assistance to those in need within our community is one of Calvary Temple’s outreach/missions ministry most tangible ministries. Our food pantry seeks to meet some of the immediate needs of our neighbors.

The pantry is open Tuesday from 5PM to 7PM email the food pantry

children’s ministry

Wesley & Lindsey Ferguson

Sunday at 11am & Wednesday at 7pm

The children’s ministry exists to help those in our care know God and grow to become like His Son, Jesus Christ.
To accomplish our purpose we seek…

  • To fill children’s minds with the Word of God so they will grow to think the way God thinks and live the way God has commanded.
  • To establish in children habits of godly living ad a daily lifestyle.
  • To create a Christian Community of children and adults who enjoy life together as a family and who are committed to Jesus Christ and to each other.
  • To help children build proper relationships to the authorities in their lives.
  • To help children trust Christ as Savior, to submit to Him and to live as Christian’s at home, at school, at play or wherever they are.
  • To build Christian homes by encouraging families and training them in their tasks.
  • To make each child’s experience at church safe, fun and profitable in the process of growing to become everything God has planned.

women’s ministry

Cory Toro

Teach women to know God through His Word.
Equip women to reach beyond the walls of ctag into their communities that others may come to know Christ.
Bring women into the fellowship of Calvary Temple that they may grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Minister to women right where they are.

men’s ministry

Wesley Ferguson – DJ Morris

second Sunday morning at 8:30

Fellowship is often times overlooked in the life of a Christian.  If you grew up in the church, you might associate the word “fellowship” as something your church family did by bringing a pot-luck style of lunch for all to share after a special Sunday service.  But fellowship is not an event, no, it should be part of our life as a Christ-follower.  Maybe the strongest and most pointed passage about fellowship is from Hebrews 10 when the author says that some have stopped meeting and are neglecting fellowship.
